Just switched to Starkey Genesis 24 from older version. SOO much better quality in every way. Background noise is decreased so much. I feel like I am hearing normal!! Fit better, new app is easier to use, waterproof, so many improvements. Karin is very knowledgeable, straight forward and easy to talk with. And Mary is very nice and “Johnny on the spot”.
